Improved epoxy: Uses high temperature epoxy that is stronger than OEM, eliminating the possibility of magnet detachment.

High grade steel capping: Prevents heat and friction from degrading the epoxy attaching the magnets. Though extremely unlikely, if a magnet did ever come loose, it would remain in the sleeve preventing contact with the stator.

Precise balancing: Eliminates crankshaft vibrations for longer engine longevity.

Aluminum Mosfet Regulator

Our new red machined aluminum Mosfet voltage regulator is a great upgrade for heat dissipation in any powersports charging system. After 10 minutes of use, our billet aluminum heatsink runs cooler by 33% than standard cast regulator housings. Our new red regulator, equipped with the renowned Mosfet regulation technology, is an added value to any three-phase permanent magnet charging system.

This modern, ultra-reliable concept can handle up to 50 amps peak and 30 amps continuous 3 phase, 30 amps single phase and dissipates heat better than any OEM diode regulator. In addition, this rectifier has overheating protection, rather than burning out, it turns off for a while in order to cool down.
